I am an Ohio native, having recently moved to Arizona in September 2018 to serve in the HR Director role for the Town of Oro Valley. My entire career has been spent in public service. I am veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in the communications/computer operations field. After military service, I worked briefly for a federal Tri-Care contractor that served active duty and retired military members with health insurance benefits. While working with this contractor, I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Antioch University-McGregor in Yellow Springs, Ohio. From there, I went to work at the State of Ohio for nearly 10 years in a variety of human resources roles, culminating to the position of a Labor Relations Officer with the State of Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. While serving the State of Ohio, I earned my MBA with a Human Resources concentration from Franklin University in Columbus, OH. My next stop was as the HR Manager for the City of Upper Arlington where I was eventually promoted to the HR Director. I served the City of Upper Arlington for over 5 years. I am currently the HR Director for the Town of Oro Valley and am LOVING the great State of Arizona!
